Our variety of customized menus are a representation of head chef and founder, Chef Sung Kim’s travels to different countries. By divulging herself into different cultures, she has been able to re-create dishes with authenticity for any occasion. Chef Sung Kim

Her Culinary History

Sung Kim is a New York City chef. A Graduate of The French Culinary Institute, she spent years training at some of the most acclaimed restaurant kitchens in New York City like Gilt in the New York Palace Hotel, Maialino, Pure Food and Wine and The Spotted Pig. She describes her cooking as globally influenced  modern American comfort food with a New York attitude.
